David worked as an Engineer for a Highway Authority for 12 years where he attained a First-Class Honours Degree in Civil Engineering. In 2017 he decided to work with Parish Councils full-time and he quickly attained the Certificate in Local Council Administration; he continues to work with a number of parishes across both Herefordshire and Worcestershire. David lives in Malvern Wells with his wife and two greyhounds.
