The Parish Council is pleased to announce that they have employed a new part-time ‘Lengthsman’ to assist with minor highway maintenance work across Longdon, Queenhill and Holdfast.
The modern Lengthsman is a locally employed person who makes a real difference to the community by undertaking activities such as drainage, sign cleaning, vegetation cutting and other small-scale maintenance projects.
